We're looking for two Online Community Managers to join us, working across a number of Hearst Magazines UK properties. You will focus on our contemporary women and weekly titles, including Cosmopolitan , Reveal and Handbag.com , so a keen interest in fashion and other linked subjects is essential. As part of a remote team, Community Managers are responsible for championing social media and community-led initiatives across the business. Further, you will make sure that Hearst's vibrant communities are pleasant places for our audiences to be by working to maintain an acceptable quality of UGC and investigating abuse reports. As the first point of contact for community members, Community Managers must be diplomatic and dedicated to making sure our users receive the best possible support.
