I think people may be missing the point that this could have been done out of desperation? Her children may have wanted the kitten and she merely wanted to make them happy, but could not afford one. While it is wrong that she stole it, it a sign of the awful times that we live in.- Adam , Preston, United Kingdom, 09/1/2013 13:23.............yes but if she cannot afford to buy it she will not be able to afford to look after it either so the poor little thing will probably end up dumped in the street or worst still chucked into the river. Everyone is to blame here, the pet shop owner who was supposedly 'looking after the kitten' for a friend was clearly not doing a very good job - why was the friend allowing her tiny vulnerable kitten out of her sight anyway and the woman who stole it should learn to say no to her children and learn right from wrong.
