@AmeliaRayno I really loved this for our Vietnam trip in Oct

"This is an attractive, well made backpack. Fabric and zippers appear top notch. Hip belt, carry strap and harness are all nice. This great design appears that it will be very functional for an upcoming overseas trip. I m a 5'5" mature woman with a short torso, so I picked this for the vari-quick adjustment system that was pictured. But it is not included on the Transit 40. I had a chance to try out the vari-quick system, and it it is great. I am puzzled why the manufacturer omitted it - I would pay more for it. Deuter is not the only firm missing the opportunity to accommodate women's needs irt to travel backpacks. This discrepancy is why I knocked the overall rating down by 1 star. I am keeping the bag since it looks like the best option, but I am disappointed about the missing feature. BTW, the main compartment works well with 2 medium and 2 small ebag packing cubes."
