My son a junior manager of a large grocery chain on security course,spotted a person wheeling a trolley full of goods away gave chase and apprehended person till police arrived,0nly to be apprehended himself as he physically touched the person the fellon a known druggie continues to do this weekly, but is always let off as he is on drugs.my son now has a record.but happily is now in Australia despite police record.as they in OZ said he deserved a medal
