We love seeing women making waves in the business world, and we love it even more when we see someone in the world of accessories making an impact. So we're excited to reveal that fellow Brit Anya Hindmarch has been announced as business woman of the year. Anya competed against Ruth Rogers, chef and owner of The River Cafe and fund manager Helena Morrissey to win the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award . Anya Hindmarch is probably most well known for her 'I am not a plastic bag' shoppers , used to encourage the reuse of a canvas bag for shopping rather than relying on plastic bags. This isn't the first award the designer has picked up. In 2009, she was awarded an MBE for services to British Fashion. Congratulations Anya Hindmarch!
