Hi! There are so many things to know and learn about fitness and weight training. If you pick up some magazines such as 'Shape' and 'Oxygen' you will learn a ton! Another bonus is you will see real women profiled who have lost weight and got into shape and how they did it without extreme measures. Personally, I find those stories very inspiring! You can also go their websites for free information about workout routines, and healthy recipes. I could go on and on, but think you would rather read it in those mags/sites! One thing though, if you do workout a lets say, upper body one day, you want to work your lower body the next. You need to give your body a little time to repair, but not too much!
