Stepping out with a gal pal for a relaxing afternoon, Rachel Bilson was spotted grabbing lunch and enjoying a stroll in the Los Feliz, CA neighborhood on Wednesday (September 19). The "Hart of Dixie" star looked casually fashionable in denim shorts, a striped top, and tan booties. She was pushing around her friend's baby while enjoying the sunny southern California day. In related news, Rachel is known as much for her fashion sense as her acting, and now the 31-year-old will add the title of "handbag designer" to her long resume. On Tuesday (September 18), it was announced that Bilson launched a 13-piece accessory line in conjunction with ShoeMint, that will include satchels, totes, and clutches.
