When I was asked to pick my favorite trend for 2012, I had to stop and really think about it. There were so many wonderful trends this past year, it was difficult to choose just one. Bright colors, animal prints, polka dots… I love them all. But there is one trend that stands out from the rest. I mean, really stands out. I’m talking about the Highlighter Hues trend! I originally wrote about this trend last Spring. I loved it then and I still love it now. What better way to make a statement than with a “notice me” neon color?
