Surrey Police are looking for a man described as having "a very thin and gaunt looking face" after a Dorking hero stopped a young woman having her handbag stolen . Officers have released an e-fit of the man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident which took place at Dorking Deepdene station at around 7.35pm on June 18. The woman was standing outside the station on London Road when a man approached her and reportedly tried to grab her handbag. A struggle occurred and the offender then took her purse and ran off before being tackled by a passer-by, enabling the woman to retrieve her property and run off. The man is described as white, around 5'8" or 5'9" tall, in his late twenties to early thirties, very thin and lanky with a very thin and gaunt looking face.
